In this course we will practice yoga postures with the purpose of creating stability and stillness in preparation for pranayama. The main focus of the course, is to develop an individual pranayama practice for each participant, based on traditional pranayama exercises. We will also spend a little time each class looking at a concept from the classical Indian yoga texts.
The course is designed to lead each participant in a progressive development in pranayama. You will therefore get more out of the course if you commit to come to as many sessions as possible.
