Essence of Tantra: Embodied Practice & Meditation with Lauren Pisano

At its core, Tantra is an invitation to affirm every part of our human experience. In this 3-part workshop we will explore the layers of this wholehearted acceptance through yoga, meditation and a variety of activities designed to shine light on our truest nature. The goal of Tantra is to live spontaneously with a mind unobstructed by the fragmentation of 'good' and 'bad.' Within that freedom we find the strength to face our daily circumstance with grace and the sensitivity to feel our connection to all things. Each session will include asana. All levels are welcome.
