Intro to Ashtanga Primary Series
Saturday, Jan. 2 | 9:30 – 11:30 am
This class will move through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga with minimal instruction, to focus on the rhythm and movement of the practice. While modifications will be provided, this rigorous class is recommended for students with some experience in practicing yoga, or athletic beginners.
Aligning from Within
Saturday, Jan. 2 | 2:00 – 4:00 pm
This slow moving practice will focus on the depth and details of each asana – emphasizing internal actions that support external forms, and will provide space for pranayama and meditation.
Full Spectrum Practice
Sunday, Jan. 3 | 10:00 – 12:30pm
This class will move through different categories of Asanas in groups, using each to inform the others. By practicing consistent awareness through a variety of forms, a unity within difference is revealed.
